faci workshop2 well it was really a learning journey.. as i found out that being a facilitator was so much tougher and so much more different from the times i was a facilitator before. facilitating is about so many things, leading, preparing, understanding, observing, listening, relating to others, blahblahblah.. and i realised that these aspects do not jus come about in facilitation but also in the future that i am grossly gonna be entangled in.. working life definitely has all these aspects and to be able to really climb up and do well, i gotta try to better myself in these stuff!! i admit that i m not gifted in things like observing or listening, but i think i gotta make a conscious effort to try now..! and also to be able to lead, i needa have more confidence coz i do believe that i can! but somehow it's always easier saying it than doing it and tt's a super big barrier i have to overcome.. well i got to share this experience with 15 other grEat peeps=) tho i knew most of dem(AC peeps) already, but well i haven't worked with them b4! and i discovered beautiful things abt dem that i really respect and love! ahhahha for eg. debz always made points that were so interesting and made a lot of sense, tho it never occurred to me b4.. and geri would always infuse the team with her positivity and crazy laughter yet at the same time possess that assertiveness of a leader i had not seen b4.. timbo made EVERYONE laugh like hell yet he was a leader who was smart.. clems always could come up with the ideas so fast it would surprise me.. and lorenzo always had such a commanding presence yet entertaining too.. and yiwei was so full of rubbish ahhaha yet could be really serious and instructive.. and above all that they were ppl who were nice to hang out with, esp deBz! tho we talked for only that short while at night, but it was jus so nice talking to her like felt i could share all these things with her there were constantly on my mind too.. =) luv ya debz=) and of course all the rest of dem too, i had a great time coz they were sucha fun bunch of ppl and it was easier opening up coz i knew all of them too=) i rem the bubble wrap how retarded was that! we wrapped each other using bubble wrap for forfeit hahaha so funny la.. and of course all the comedy throughout the whole 2 days it was gReaT!!=)
